Naturopath Erika Enos

Dr. Erika Enos graduated in 2002 from the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in Art History and the Art Practice. Although she loves making art and learning about people and culture through their artwork, she was thrilled to learn about naturopathic medicine during her last year at CAL. Moving her focus from painting to medicine may seem like a far leap, but naturopathic philosophy resonated with Dr. Enos at a core level. She sees both art and medicine as being about the human condition, making her transition in career paths a natural one. She graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon in 2010.

Dr. Enos is interested in treating people of all ages and strongly believes that individualized medicine is the best medicine. In addition to the fundamental modalities of natural healing taught at NCNM, Dr. Enos has studied cranial sacral therapy as well as bio-therapeutic drainage, Drainage is a system of medicine that helps the body relearn how to eliminate toxins at a cellular level, which lays the foundations for balance and health in the cell, thus creating foundation for a healthy whole being. She views health and well being as a journey and feels honored when patients choose her as a teacher and partner in their journey.

When she isn’t practicing medicine, Dr. Enos enjoys cooking, painting, yoga and spending time with her friends and family. To learn more about her work, please visit,
