You can radically change the shape and size of your body in 8 weeks, and reroute the direction your health is going in — no matter how old you are or what your condition.

That’s the message of nationally known LA fitness guru Jerzy Gregorek, who will be teaching, along with co-instructor Amy Wong, an 8-week intensive fitness training course at San Francisco’s E&0 Trading Company, Saturdays 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., June 11 through July 30, 2011.

Gregorek is a 4-time World Weightlifting Champion and world recordholder who runs a successful fitness coaching practice in LA called The Happy Body. He’s become famous among the hundreds of athletes, celebrities, and ordinary people whose bodies, lives, and health he’s transformed using The Happy Body Program, based on three decades of research and development.

Participants in the weekly San Francisco classes will learn:
• A simple routine of floor exercises you can do at home using light hand weights, which will tone and strengthen every part of your body
• How to incorporate stress-reducing rest and rejuvenation techniques into your routine to optimize fat burning, muscle building, and well-being
• How to develop the ideal exercise profile and nutrition plan for your specific body type, and then set a precise timetable to achieve your goal
• How to slow down the aging process that makes us stiff, stooped, slow, sick, and sluggish

Jerzy Gregorek is coauthor, with his wife Aniela, of The Happy Body: The Simple Science of Nutrition, Exercise, and Relaxation, winner of six national and international awards in the category of health and fitness books. They are also head coaches of the UCLA weightlifting team. Using The Happy Body techniques, the Gregoreks have changed the lives of hundreds of people–from housewives and physicians to athletes and celebrities–who came to them with every conceivable body shape and desire.
